BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Before arriving at your first appointment, you will receive an email from our office laying out instructions to create your web-based Client Portal.  There you’ll be directed to to watch a short informational video about the science behind our practice and to fill out the necessary forms thus finalizing the scheduling of your appointment. In order for us to be ready to see you, these step must be completed no later than the day before the appointment.

If you have had any medical tests or blood work in the past six months you will need a copy of the results the day of your appointment. Please be ready to share with us what medications you are presently taking.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

It’s normal to wonder what you can expect on you first visit.  Your first appointment will last approximately 90 to 120 minutes.  Our personalized assessment during a first appointment will be a holistic approach of our client’s condition

Your appointment will include the following:

  • A holistic analysis of nutritional, metabolic, mental, emotional, and any physical imbalances

  • Evaluation of any environmental toxicities

  • Review of other related symptoms or concerns expressed in your intake form

  • Initial wellness strategy

  • Time for your questions

The wellness strategy we developed will address your health in a holistic way to help resolve your symptoms and heighten your quality of life.  Naturopathy works with your body as a whole to restore it back to balance.  This way we can help you feel more yourself and improve your wellbeing. Any medical emergencies or health conditions requiring immediate surgery you may have, we advise you to immediately see a medical professional.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS

The regularity of your appointments will be based on your goals and what your advisor believes is in your best interest.

Generally, your appointments will be 30 to 90 days initially and become farther apart, about every 3 to 6 months as you achieve higher and higher degrees of health.

In general, naturopathic protocols generate health on a cellular level and this takes time.  Some estimations are one month for every year you have been sick; however, this is not always the case.  Some conditions, however, often take longer, but levels of relief may be recognized quickly.  Although the trajectory to renewed vitality may seem long, our goal is that you will begin to see positive and lasting changes throughout your consultations.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

A non-refundable $50 deposit is to be made upon scheduling an appointment which will be applied to your first bill. Full payment is to be made at the time of service.

We accept Discover/MasterCard/Visa/American Express, Venmo, PayPal, cash as well as other cash-apps.

Special savings accounts (HSAs and FSAs) can often be used to cover our services and nutritional supplements.

Due to the nature of our practice, health insurance does not cover naturopathic care in Texas.  We do not file insurance and do not deal directly with insurance companies.  Payment is required for all services at the time of your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelations must be made at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours in advance, missed appointments, or arriving later than 15 minutes for an appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit made at the time of scheduling an appointment.  We understand that situations occur and are willing to make exceptions for true emergencies. Please communicate.
